These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LeadSambhal website and services, operated by Vishvajit Harishchandra Pathak ("LeadSambhal", "we", "us"). By signing up for or using LeadSambhal, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LeadSambhal is a lead-management and follow-up assistance service for real estate agents. You send us enquiry details (by voice note or screenshot) and we organise them into leads, remind you to follow up, and suggest follow-up messages. The service is currently delivered with personal, concierge-style support and may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use LeadSambhal.

3. Payment & subscription

  • The launch offer is ₹49 for the first month; the standard plan is ₹249 per month thereafter, as set out on our Pricing page.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable charges.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for leads you are entitled to handle.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Data

The leads and information you provide remain yours. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The LeadSambhal name, website, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

LeadSambhal helps you stay on top of follow-ups but does not guarantee any particular business result, sale, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
